I attended the University of Bristol as an undergraduate where I undertook a BSc degree in Social Policy. I first became aware of Cogito’s work when I stumbled across a post on LinkedIn, I really liked the style and tone of the research piece. The insight and data driven approach that cogito takes to the recruitment process links to multiple elements within my degree, such as data analysis, social research and critical evaluation.

After reaching out to Marc and discussing the potential for a summer internship between my second and third years at university, I was then offered some part-time work during term time. The flexibility and relaxed nature of Cogito as a company really appealed to me, and as the opportunity arose to keep working with them, I gained experience in a variety of different projects. Following the completion of my degree I started at Cogito full-time, taking on a role as a Researcher in the People Insights team. I believe Cogito has the perfect balance of a professional and relaxed, sociable environment that provides the perfect basis for any graduate starting out in their career.
