As organisations come to terms with the impact of Covid-19 upon their business, HR professionals are working upon a wide range of projects to support change programmes from reorganisation to post lockdown employee engagement to home working policies.  In addition widespread Black Lives Matter protests have led to businesses becoming placed under scrutiny for the diversity of their workforce, particularly in management roles.

So, we decided to ask a cross section of HR professionals what the current work priorities were and their opinion on a range of Ethnic Diversity statements in relation to their company.

Our report includes the responses of 292 HR professionals who completed our survey in July 2020.
