Government advice upon working from the office has fluctuated throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, this means that for many Employers and Employees knowing what to do has not always been straightforward.
Making an individual decision based upon what you think is right for you, your loved ones, society and your employer can be difficult. Added into the mix is the economic uncertainty this creates within city and town centres for those businesses who rely upon office workers for their survival.
In our latest survey report, we wanted to know what people thought about employers and individuals who returned to the office recently and to what extent they have a duty to support other businesses.
