Cogito’s embedded team at Arval BNP Paribas Group have been confirmed as a finalist in the Outsourced In-house Recruitment Team (RPO / Embedded Solution) category in the 2026 IHR – In-house Recruitment awards.
Cogito has supported Arval with recruitment support since 2017 when they became Cogito’s first RPO customer. The existing team based at the Arval Swindon office support the UK business and continue to meet all expectations, removing the need for external agency cost, gaining great manager and candidate feedback and working in a highly collaborate way to support Arval talent strategies.
