Meet The Team
SJ worked with Adidas to increase ‘on the day’ closing performance, as a Learning and Development Director at i2 Offices Ltd, creating and delivering The Learning Academy and developed a 3-week intensive ‘Mindset’ programme for a member of the USA Paralympian team who went on to win 6 gold medals at the Rio Paralympics one month after the programme.
SJ inspires a level of engagement and commitment that empowers individuals and teams to hit performance levels they didn’t think were possible, with this in effect creating long-lasting employee loyalty in addition to personal growth.
SJ is an ex-ballet dancer who performed in The Nutcracker at the Royal Festival Hall.
Kirk is a passionate and committed trainer and facilitator who excels in modern mental health learning. He brings this subject to life, sharing past experiences from operational rescues, bereavements, and his own personal insight into post-traumatic stress and experiences of working with vulnerable ages groups, leading to innovative facilitation of training for community members, individuals, and corporates.
Kirk’s free time is limited as he supports his local community as an on-call Crew Commander for Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service. When time allows, he is a keen paddleboarder and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
