Cogito was formed in 2014 with the single vision to help organisations create people strategies which improve employee experience and business performance.
We help businesses, from some of best-known employer brands to start ups, to learn more about their workforce, the skills market and people trends.
Led by experienced HR leaders, our data and insights influence people strategies as a key partner to industry leaders including Dyson, Lidl, Clarks, Nationwide, Telegraph Media and BNP Paribas as well as SMEs across a wide range of industry sectors.
