We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual as Account Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Department.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will be planning and implementing sales strategies to attract and gain new business. You will work with the Head of Sales and Marketing to approach target sectors, demonstrating Cogito Services and products.
The Account Executive is a key role in our expansion and by applying expertise, confidence, and accomplished sales skills you will help us to capitalise upon our evolving market presence in recruitment and labour market insights.
About our Ideal Candidate
We are a small but fast-growing business, as such an individual who thrives within smaller teams in which their skills and personality can have a significant impact is desired.
Previous sales experience in B2B sales within the recruitment or data insights industry would be an advantage but is not essential. What we are more interested in is your ability to build rapport with decision-makers or Head of Department level to secure new business.
You should possess a results-driven mentality and display a willingness to work hard.
What we offer our clients is different to the norm, as such you will need to be able to sell the benefits of our alternative solutions by establishing how it will add value to the prospective customer and overcome the uncertainty associated with them trying a new service.
You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 plus commission on sales, along with Pension, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday and Professional Development & Training.
